Dr. Pham Anh Tuan is a researcher at the Department of Astrophysics, Vietnam National Space Center, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. His main research focuses on studying the formation of early galaxies across a wide range of wavelengths, including UV, visible, infrared, and radio. This is one of the three main research areas at the department, with the other two being star formation and evolved stars. Astronomy and astrophysics in Vietnam are still in their infancy. They are doing our utmost to stimulate public interest, to foster the teaching of basic knowledge, and to develop research on frontline topics.
